Shipping

We regret that we accept no liability for factors outside of our control that result in a delay in delivering the products. These would include delays by the shipping company. 

 

***Customer note*** when filling out the delivery form it is your responsibility to make sure all details are entered correctly before submitting your purchase. Please take care when filling out the delivery form if the billing address is different to the delivery address.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then please notify us via the Contact Us submit form on the home page. All notifications must be made within 14 days of purchase and it will be reviewed by a member of the team.

Returns Policy

If the product is faulty then you retain the right to return the product(s) within 30 days after the goods have been delivered and may receive a full refund of the cost of those goods (including shipping and return shipping*). Please first inform us of the fault so that we may try to remedy the situation as soon as possible, we always endeavour to improve our product and quality control. 

 

If you change your mind on a purchased product, provided the product is sealed in the original packaging, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. This includes shipping but not the return delivery.

 

Please note, this is subject to us receiving and inspecting the goods first. We reserve the right to decline any refund, should the returned product(s) not be satisfactory. After satisfactory inspection, you will receive a refund within 14 days. 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
